Watermelon is a delicious fruit. It strokes your senses with his green skin and the red pulp with black seeds. It's delicious on a hot summer day. This sorbet is even refreshender then the fruit itself.

| 90 | gr | Sugar |
| 30 | pc | Lemon juice |
| 90 | ml | Water |
| 100 | gr | Watermelon pulp |
| 30 | ml | Kirsch |

Mix in a microwave bowl the sugar with the water and heat it for 3 minutes at 500 watt. Stir the sugar syrup and let it cool down.

Remove the seeds from the watermelon and mash the pulp. Mix this with the sugar syrup, lemon juice and the kirsch untill you like the taste.

Pour everything in a bowl, cover it up and cool it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
