| 180 | ml | Red wine |
| 60 | ml | Cognac |

Prick in the chorizo at different places with a fork and place them in a pan with the red wine. Cook it. Bring down the heat and let the sausages cook for 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the fire and cool it for 2 hours.

Remove the saugages from the pan, but keep the wine.

Cut the chorizo in pieces (1 cm).

Heat the pieces in a pan. Pour the cognac on top and fire it carefully with a lucifer. When the fire is out, pour the red wine in the pan and cook everyting for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with the parsley and serve!
