| 75 | ml | Greek yoghurt |
| 50 | ml | Green pesto |

Salt, pepper and oil the salmon and scorch it quickly in a hot frying-pan goldbrown on both sides. Put down the heat and bake the salmon for another 10 minutes.

Mix the yoghurt, pesto, lemon juice and a little bit olive oil.

Spread the sauce over the salmon and garnish with the rucola.
